What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?



Walking is now my daily habit that improves my quality of life. When I get tired from walking, I rest, drink water and shower. And when it is bedtime, I go to sleep quickly. Walking daily changes my life. I now sleep better and feel energized in the morning. I usually walk around 6pm because I like the gentle breeze. It is my favorite kind of exercise. When I walk, I listen to YouTube music and it helps me to not feel bored. I used to think exercising is boring but what’s even more boring? That is sit all day. I’d rather walk when I’m bored.
